Milo and Me, LLC d/b/a Roam With Us (“Roam With Us,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Notice at Point of Collection of Personal Information (“Notice”) to describe the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we collect and use such information, and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA”).  This Notice applies to California residents and is provided at or before the point of collection of personal information through our website, mobile or tablet applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).  For additional details, please review our full Privacy Policy available at https://www.roamwithus.com/privacy-policy.

We may collect several types of personally identifiable information from and about you including information that falls within the categories listed below.

Sensory data User-uploaded visual content, such as images or documents, that users voluntarily submit through the Platform. We do not collect audio recordings, video recordings, or other sensory data. We may use masked session replay technology solely for debugging, error detection, and system reliability purposes, which does not record keystrokes in sensitive fields or capture audio or video. We do not collect any of the following:  Precise geolocation data; Biometric identifiers; Audio or video recordings; Browsing history or advertising interaction data; or Health or financial account information.

We do collect personal information as follows:  Directly from you when you create an account, use the Platform, or communicate with us; Automatically through essential cookies and similar technologies required to operate and secure the Platform; and From third-party authentication services, such as Google One Tap, when you choose to use them.

We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes: Operating, maintaining, and securing the Platform; Creating and managing user accounts; Providing requested services and functionality; Identity verification and fraud prevention; Debugging, error detection, and system reliability; Legal and regulatory compliance; and Customer support and communications.

We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or profiling.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Retention periods are based on:  The nature of the information; The purpose for which it was collected; and Applicable legal or contractual requirements.

We do not sell personal information.  We do not share personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA.  Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at this time. If our practices change, we will update this Notice and provide required opt-out mechanisms.

We collect and use sensitive personal information only as permitted under the CCPA, including to:  Verify identity; Provide requested services; Ensure Platform security; and Comply with legal obligations.  Because we limit our use of sensitive personal information to these permitted purposes, we do not offer a separate right to limit its use.

California residents have the right to: Request access to personal information we have collected; Request deletion of personal information, subject to statutory exceptions; and Request correction of inaccurate personal information.  You may exercise these rights by submitting a verifiable consumer request as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.roamwithus.com/privacy-policy.
